Ms. Sommers was named Executive Director of the International Advertising Association/Florida Chapter in January 1999 and in January 2002, was named Director of Chapter Services for the International Advertising Association Worldwide. In 2003, Ms. Sommers was chosen to participate as a judge for the American Marketing Association EFFIE Awards.
