I manipulated the triangle to create 30 designs.

The triangle, although always a strong sing, can mean many different things (sometimes depending upon its direction); sexuality, unusual creativity or talent, the holy trinity, and danger.

Signs, Symbols

I used the circle and the sphere because it is one of the most pure geometric symbols, with profound meaning across many cultures. In general it symbolizes completion, unity, wholeness, perfection and infinity. It is also commonly used to represent the sun and planets, and the circle of life.

Polygon Designs

A hexagon is a polygon that has 6 sides. Six stands for harmony, balance, sincerity, love, and truth. It also represents enlightenment; "lighting" ones path in ways that needs spiritual and mental balance. The hexagon is a geometric shape that occurs in nature. This shape is found in honeycombs and associated with bees and their cooperation and hard work.

The lemniscate means infinity, immortality, the future and "the endless nature of energy". In Buddhist culture, it symbolizes long life. In Egyptian times, it stood for the "city of eight" where souls would go after death to join the gods.

Rhombus Design

The word rhombus is derived from the Greek word rhombos, meaning something that spins. The term "solid rhombus" symbolizes two right circular cones sharing a common base. The shape was first used in playing cards in the 15th century in France. The Suit of Diamonds indicates financial matters, relationships, and struggles. It is also associated with wealth, riches, and materialistic aspects of life.

Typography Collage

I was inspired by the history of the Peace sign, and how its meaning has changed over time. Today we use it so casually it seems to have lost some significance. I selected quotes and typography that illustrate the passion and integrity that originally accompanied the message of Peace.
